Domestic Shipping

Orders within South Africa are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days and are typically delivered within 2 – 4 business days via courier with tracking. All orders are packaged in plain, unbranded outer envelopes.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products, opened or unsealed pens cannot be returned.

Returns are considered only if a product is damaged or the incorrect item was delivered. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any product that has been opened, used or tampered with will not be accepted for return.

Return requests must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery.
